Return your item, for any reason, for equal Preloved Treasures' site credit to buy something you will love!

To return an item for any reason (e.g., did not like the item, simply changed your mind, or the item did not *fit as expected): notify us within 5 days of receiving the item in writing (via email, text or on our online chat widget) and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

*Did you know, wrong size is the number one reason for returns?? Assist in avoiding returns by getting our free ring or wrist sizing /measuring kit mailed to you for free prior to purchase. It is easy to use, only takes 1-2 days to receive as it is shipped through Amazon, and is very accurate (see FAQ's Sizing for more details).

The item must be returned to us in the original condition sold (so you may try the item on to check its fit, but if you have worn the item continuously then returns or exchanges will not be accepted).

When the returned item is received by us, we will inspect the item, and we will then provide you with four options to proceed:

(1) Exchange your item for another item of same or similar value (we will refund any portion of unused funds) and we will even pay for the shipping of the new item to you for free

(2) Need some time to think, receive 100% of your purchase price in store credit to use anytime (store credit never expires) for an item you prefer and free shipping when used

(3) We can re-sell your item for you on our online store or other platforms we sell on with our large customer base and we will charge zero percentage commission (items on our platforms sell quickly). We will pay you 100% for your item within 7 days of it selling. 

Or, if you prefer, (4) We will issue a full refund to the original payment method used upon request, minus the cost for any free shipping paid (if any) and just a *6.8% restocking fee.

*The 6.8% restocking fee is waived for all Zelle Pay customers' returns.

 *The 6.8% restocking fee pays the 6.8% credit/debit card fees we are charged when an item is returned. To justify this cost, let me explain: as a company, we are charged a 3.4% processing fee by credit/debit card companies each time money is transferred. So this means we get charged 3.4% fee of the purchase price when a customer purchases an item and another 3.4% of the refund amount when we refund a customer. So in total, we loose 6.8% of the purchase price when a customer returns an item (e.g., 6.8% of a $1000 item = $68 restocking fee). So, we try to provide every opportunity to avoid charging this fee, but we want to keep returns as an option for all purchases, for any reason, without having to increase all our prices.

* To assist in avoiding having to charge this fee, we will mail to you for FREE a measuring/sizing kit so you can properly measure your finger or wrist in Cartier's or European sizing standards before purchasing. This is the number one reason customers return an item. So see FAQ's Sizing Guide for more details on sizing and our FREE kit to avoid this common return request. 

* Our Restocking fee is waived in the event of valid proof that the item purchased is inauthentic from a trusted appraiser, authenticator (not just a friend), or the original designer’s boutique. We provide exceptional service and guarantee in writing that each piece is authentic. Therefore, if you can provide valid evidence otherwise, the restocking fee does not apply. However, we are happy to say all our customers are happy and this has never occurred because our standards are of the highest degree and we care about our standards, values and are here to earn lifelong customers, not just a one time purchase. So rest assured, you are buying only guaranteed authentic pieces that you can have for life!
